Ken’s world is a visual one, and each day
brings a fresh challenge. He tries to paint each day. His considerable
skills in drawing and painting in a variety of techniques are
based on close observation of the light and character of Cornwall.
He makes sketches on the spot, and returns to the studio to compose
the cliff and field shapes in paintings that are more or less
abstract, but never lose the link with landscape.
